Brownies we all know and love, but blondies there is another story.
If you love white chocolate or you want to give a twist to your regular sweet snack, blondies are definitely worth trying.
I`m baking from time to time for mine and my husbands colleagues and I saw the opportunity to redeem my reputation, because I haven’t baked so much lately.
This blog is a part of an art cooking project or so I hope , but enough of my blabbing.
As always the recipe is easy, I try to convince you people that cooking with almost no effort is possible.
So coconut blondies – it takes about 40 minutes until ready, if you set your mind to it.
You will need:
100 gr. butter
100 gr. white chocolate
1 cup of sugar
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Melt the chocolate with the butter over a water bath. Whisk by hand or with an electric mixer the eggs with the sugar until it fluffs up. Add to the eggs the molten chocolate and stir well, add the coconut flakes and the flour mixed with the baking powder et voila.
Preheat your oven to 180 C. Butter a square baking tray or the one from your oven, or lay a baking sheet.
Pour the mixture in it trying to spread it evenly on the tray.
Bake it for about 10 minutes on 180 C then check it if it Is still runny in the middle. If it’s not, then it’s ready and turn the oven down. If not bake it for another 5 minutes to 150 C.
The colour should be evenly golden.
This recipe is so moronic easy that even a child can do it.
Put the blondie on a rack to cool, before completely cooled and I advise you to cut it because it sets pretty fast.
So not as healthy as I wish , but homemade easy peasy sweets.
I await today feedback from the office if they are eatable and even from you when you make them.
